University of Michigan — B.A. in Complex Systems, 3.9 GPA. Phi Beta Kappa and James B. Angell Scholar. Thesis advised by John H. Holland, pioneer of the genetic algorithm and MacArthur Fellow, and Scott E. Page, a leading scholar of complex systems, economics, and political science.
2014–2015
Bridgewater Associates · Investment Associate — Turned global bond activity and market sentiment into investment theses and trade recommendations for senior research leaders. Left due to a medical condition that made the role’s fixed weekly hours unsustainable.
2015–2018
Entrypoint · Co-founder & CEO — Built and led a 10-person engineering team behind an interactive VR/AR streaming platform; raised the company’s first venture round. We found product-market fit, but didn’t establish the cash flow needed to sustain it.

Goodpods · Core team — Part of a family-run innovation lab, specializing in great user experience, advising in early-growth strategy and technical direction for an award-winning social podcast app.
